Like many of our support services, we were experiencing the same frustrations we kept hearing from our customers. We have many products and each has a multi-page MSDS. Managing all this paper was becoming increasingly painful and quite frankly, the guy in charge of dealing with it was too excited about the responsibility.

So, while we still need to keep one (1) big binder out on the warehouse floor, we developed a system to manage a consistently updated master MSDS database on a secure website within our MyCrosschecks portal. We now offer this service to our customers.
